Phil Loseby has called Alaska home since 1984 and Juneau his home since 1990. Originally from Vermont, Phil completed his Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Montana and began his career in education as the first-grade teacher in Craig, Alaska in 1984. Since that time, he has only left Alaska to pursue a Master's Degree in Reading, Language, and Learning Disabilities and then later to pursue a Doctorate degree in Reading Education.

Phil has worked as a classroom teacher for 20 years and as an administrator for 16. In his 36-year career in education, he has worked with thousands of Juneau students and hundreds of families. During this time, Phil has earned a reputation for honesty, professionalism, and integrity. Working as a licensed Realtor®, Phil carries on the same high level of commitment and service to his clients that he did with his students and families as an educator.

Phil is diligent and passionate about working together with his clients through the various elements of buying or selling a home in Juneau.
